Refund Policy
If you'd like to return or exchange a product reach out to us, we will be glad to help you. Some rules of engagement first, before you wish to return or exchange any products:
- You have a 15-day period to apply for a return or exchange, starting on the day of delivery. Anything later will not be accepted.
- Please make sure the product is in perfect condition, in its original plastic bag with all original labels attached. Certain types of items cannot be returned, like personalized items and engraved items or earrings.
- After you've done this, please check the items are exactly the way you have received them. Please do so, if anything is damaged, an extra cost of €10 will be deducted from the reimbursement.
- Postal costs for returned goods are the customer's responsibility. It will only be reimbursed in case of damaged, faulty, or incorrectly supplied goods.
- We cannot be held liable for any items lost in transit.
- Make sure points 1-6 are understood and respected before reaching out to us.
PROCEDURE
To RETURN an item:
- Get in touch with us at info@lins-antwerp.be describing your intention.
- We will answer within 48hrs and mail you a return form you need to fill out.
- Put all items and necessary documents in an adequate return bag, attach the return label, seal it and send it.
- Send your return to Schaliënstraat 34 b201, Antwerpen.
To EXCHANGE an item:
- Place a new order of the desired item you'd like to receive.
- After you placed your new order, send an email to info@lins-antwerp.be describing your intention.
- We will answer within 48hrs and mail you a return form you need to fill out.
- Put all items and necessary documents in an adequate return bag, attach the return label, seal it and send it.
- Send your return to Schaliënstraat 34 b201, Antwerpen.
